We've Joined the West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter!

The West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter supports and celebrates the positive impact of fair work on businesses and their people across our region. Fair work includes good pay, fair and flexible working conditions, and greater wellbeing, diversity, and social mobility within the workplace.  Developed by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority with employers, trade unions, business leaders, and the public, faith and voluntary sectors, it has been designed for employers of all sizes and across all sectors.

As a sign of our commitment to being the best workplace we can be, we're pleased to say we've joined the West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter.

By doing this, it’s a sign of our commitment to fair work; the West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter celebrates the steps we’ve already taken and shows us where we could go next. We know our team works best when they are safe, supported, and heard and it’s
