Meet the Team

Initially a family-fun firm, Trivent Ltd has developed greatly since 1980 and is now owned by Philippa Sturdy (Managing Director), Nicola Aked (Finance Director), Lee Stockhill (Projects/Technical Director) & Scott Hays (Production Director) who have all worked at the Company for 15-30 years each, so it's fair to say, we all know our onions!

Our skilled manufacturing team are all City & Guilds trained and all of our Installation Engineers have achieved at least their NVQ Level 2 in Heating & Ventilation Installation. We pride ourselves on having low staff turnover and many of our team have been here right from starting their apprenticeships with us. Keeping going with that trend, we regularly employ new apprentices in all of our departments as we believe in investing in young people for the future to ensure we continue to go from strength to strength.

Of course, the most important members of staff are our three dogs; twin pugs Ken & Ivy, who personality-wise are a combination of the Kray Twins and the Sex Pistols, which certainly makes walking them a whole load of fun (!) and Bean the Boston Terrier, who really has to be seen to be believed. In fact, the rumour is he's actually part dog, part Gremlin.
