Commercial Kitchen Extract Canopies
All of our commercial kitchen extract canopies are made in our in-house manufacturing facility in the UK by our experienced Sheet Metal Workers. Having been installing commercial kitchen ventilation systems nationwide since 1980, we have seen every scenario you can think of; low ceilings, difficult obstructions, Grade II listed buildings and even Royal residences, and because everything we make is bespoke and is designed to configure the shape of your space, we have the skills to make sure your kitchen ventilation system fits YOUR building.
At times, even when installation on a project has started, we sometimes come across problems on site that were not there during survey stage. This isn't a problem as we have the skills to manufacture new pieces and make kitchen canopy modifications to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, meaning we don't cause any delays to the project.
Our kitchen extract canopies are manufactured to BESA Specification DW/172 using 304 grade stainless steel and our range includes extract only, input/extract (complete with either stainless steel double deflection grilles or perforated panels) and if building constraints mean that we are unable to route ductwork to the outside, we can even offer a range of recirculation units to complement our canopies. Our standard lighting is energy-saving LEDs, which helps to keep your running costs as low as possible and we use high quality stainless steel baffle filters which are tested to European standard DIN 18869-5 and American standard UL1046. We even have a super-convenient shop where you can buy all of your consumables to ensure your Trivent Ltd kitchen extract canopy keeps running as efficiently as possible!
Unlike some other commercial kitchen canopies we have seen on our travels, ours are manufactured in such a way that they prevent grease leaks and can be easily cleaned and maintained by your kitchen personnel.
Depending on your requirements, we have the capability to offer a "canopy-only" service if an M&E contractor is installing your fans and ductwork, or we can offer the complete kitchen ventilation system package.
