Luxury Retirement Apartments | Undercroft Car Park Ventilation Louvres

Did you know that as well as specialising in bespoke commercial kitchen ventilation systems, we also enjoy branching out in general ventilation and fabrication projects? Well, you do now!

For this project, we were approached by a local private house building company to see if we could manufacture some ventilation louvres for the undercroft car park in a luxury retirement apartment complex they were building. Now, these were not your normal, run of the mill louvres that we usually get involved in for a fresh air input system. These absolute beasts each measured over 2m high. And there were 30 of them. And they all had to be powder coated to a colour which complemented the fabric of the building. And then we delivered them direct to site. Phew!

The builder knew he could have probably bought a cheaper version from abroad online, but he wanted a bespoke product that was well made, sturdy and would stand the test of time, which is why he chose to have them specially made by our highly skilled team of Sheet Metal Workers in our UK-based workshop.

It's safe to say that our customer was very happy with the end result and we enjoyed the challenge!
