Are you missing a grease box from your extract canopy that we’ve installed in your commercial kitchen? Well, don’t fret; pick up your spares here!
Our stainless steel grease boxes are specifically manufactured to fit our canopies and come in two depths; the standard depth is 30mm and the deep version is 55mm. We usually install the standard depth grease boxes on our extract canopies, however if you’re finding that these just aren’t cutting the mustard, then go for the deep version. Both boxes are manufactured to fit the slides on our canopies.
Each grease box is manufactured in our UK based workshop by our skilled team of Sheet Metal Workers, so they are welded to ensure their longevity and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. When you use your newly installed kitchen canopy for the first time, regularly check how much grease is deposited into your grease boxes to formulate your cleaning schedule as part of our kitchen ventilation maintenance. You might find you have to empty them daily if a lot of grease is produced, or only once a month if you’re relatively grease-free!
