Galvanised Mesh Grease Filters

Our mesh filters are manufactured from galvanised mild steel and can be used in extract systems to filter grease or as air pre-filters, trapping large particles like dust before the air reaches the next filtration stage.

The filters are available in a range of sizes to suit all different types of system and are equipped with a safety edge channel to ensure they are stable and are easy to handle.

Rather than using a standard knit mesh, where the metal strands can break away from the filter over time and cause a hazard, our mesh grease filters are manufactured using an expanded metal multi-layer pad which eliminates this risk. The strength that this provides also means that the mesh filters can be cleaned repeatedly without losing their integrity.
