Trivent Ltd are pleased to have been a member of BESA since 2018. Formerly known as the HVCA (Heating & Ventilating Contractors' Association), BESA set the industry standard for what the best ventilation systems should look like. This helps us make sure we are offering you the best system we can and in turn, you can be reassured that in choosing us, you have chosen a company who:

• Are financially evaluated
• Meet performance criteria
• Meet health and safety requirements
• Are regulation compliant
• Have mandatory insurance
• Have recruitment and training policies
• Are environmentally aware

To achieve our certification, we undertook an initial robust audit and then another at the end of the first year of our membership. We then have to have another audit by BESA every three years to re-verify our competence. Each audit involves a Business Management Review, as well as a technical site visit so BESA can check that we are installing our ventilation systems how we should be!
