Manufacture

Once our AutoCAD drawing has been approved by the client, this is then sent to our  Inventor department for 3D modelling so it can be sent to our CNC machinery. This is so we can use our metal sheets as efficiently as possible, which both offers you a cost saving and reduces waste. Once the sheets have been through our CNC machinery, our City & Guilds trained Sheet Metal Workers use a variety of techniques to produce high quality canopies and ductwork, which are then ready for installation.

We not only manufacture products to install ourselves, we can also manufacture items for supply only if you have your own team of installation engineers.
