Reactive Call Outs

As well as offering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts for kitchen ventilation systems, we also provide a fast, reliable emergency call out service for when your kitchen extract system breaks down.

Our team of highly skilled electrical and installation engineers are on hand to assist you with any faults. Our standard process is for an engineer to speak to a member of the team on site to triage the fault as often a telephone fix can be found, at least as a temporary measure until we can attend site.

Once on site, we will endeavour to carry out any repairs to your kitchen ventilation system on our first visit to minimise disruption and downtime, during which we will seek authorisation before carrying out any repairs that will incur any additional costs. If we can't provide a first fix during the initial call out, we will provide you with a quote for a solution to prevent the problem from reoccurring and, where possible, we will provide you with suggestions of how to make your system more efficient to help prevent future problems and in turn, prevent downtime and loss of income.
